Unlocking the secrets of your breath has a direct effect on the body and mind, which, when practiced regularly can assist in sleep better, creating more energy and reducing stress and anxiety.

Jess will work with ancient Pranayama techniques designed to free the breath combined with a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice, designed to move with the breath. 
Take these practical tools home with you to practice and make a difference to your daily life.
