The beginning of a new year is a perfect time to explore the ability of yoga to deeply penetrate on and off the mat.
The focus of the workshop will be to follow the pattern of Iyengar Yoga over the four mornings (Standing, Forward Bend/Twists, Backbends, Restorative) whilst consciously setting our intentions for the work required on the mat at the same time as setting intentions for the upcoming year.
Open to all students with a minimum of 6 months Iyengar Yoga experience, who have an understanding of shoulderstand and are working towards headstand. (Beginner 2 & up) Date: Wednesday 7th – Saturday 10th of January 2015
Time: 6.30 – 8am Daily
