Description
Saturday Series with Tamar Kelly - Paschima - The West
The West! This refers to the back, or posterior side of the body. This workshop will focus on activating and then stretching the posterior, to bring awareness to the side of the body that we can not see.
Saturday Series workshops are suitable for Iyengar Yoga practitioners Level 2/3 & up with a consistent personal practice that includes Inversions, Students must be able to kick up into headstand and hold for at least 3-4 minutes and be working on Urdhva Danutasana
