New Year Yoga Intensive with Romina Sesto

Starting the New Year with a Yoga intensive is a wonderful way to bring about a new approach to the year ahead. 

Focusing on the more dynamic aspects of Iyengar Yoga, this intensive will work on building strong foundations, precision and body alignment whilst providing a sense of groundedness, stability and above all working in a supported environment. Get ready to start the New Year with a feeling of increased strength and flexibility, feeling alive, energetic and thus enabling a more focused and calm mind to help face day-to-day challenges

Open to students with a minimum of 6 months Iyengar Yoga experience, with understanding of shoulderstand and working towards headstand. (Beginner 2 & up)
