These days, we seem to be busier and busier, trying to achieve performance outcomes and goals and getting more and more stressed. We squeeze a bit of Yoga in when we can, seeking to reduce tension, get fitter or more flexible – or some other goal.

In this intensive, we will examine this statement using the twin Pillars of Yoga (action and restraint) to explore and deepen the experience of our practice.
