Nine day residential intensive. Theoretical and experiential immersion. 

A very special course, with very special teachers, to ensure that you have the foundational skills, according to the yoga sutras and the teachings of Krisnamacharya, to apply in your practice or to progress in your study and practice of yoga therapy. 

Content includes philosophy, function and modification of asana for specific outcomes, course planning, an introduction  to vital skills of observation, and more. Essential knowledge for a personalised approach to yoga and fundamental to yoga therapy. 

For yoga teachers, all committed students of yoga and yoga therapy, and other health practitioners.

This is a stand alone course.  It is also a pre-requisite for the YTA/VHF post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT)
