  • This workshop is suitable for all committed Yoga practitioners and Yoga teachers who wish to address the needs of individuals or who are interested in the practice of Yoga Therapy.
  • This workshop may be taken as a stand-alone course or as preparation for Yoga Therapy Australia’s Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT) next commencing with Module 1 - 12 June 2105.

Schedule / Itinerary

Each workshop will run from 9am to 5pm. Lunch will be from 12.30 – 1.30 pm.

 

Please bring your own writing materials.

Yoga Mats will be required for Workshop III.

Chairs will be available. If you prefer to sit on the floor please bring cushions or whatever you need to make yourself comfortable.

Food and beverages will be available from nearby outlets at Workshops I and II.  Alternatively please bring your own.
