Description
In this introductory workshop, Geraldine will help you discover how to activate the natural happy gateways in the body, through dance, that bring about a feeling of harmony, calm and lightness. This workshop is suitable for everyone and a great introduction to the fundamentals of street salsa, brazilian samba and merenge.
About Geraldine
Geraldine Balcazar is a fully qualified dance teacher and a prefessional dancer & choreographer. She has 16 years of professional teaching and performance experience. Geraldine uses her dance and choreography experience to teach to both beginners and professionals. She uses easy to follow instructions and creates a friendly and fun environment in all her classes. Geraldine is teaching yoga at Yoga Synergy at the following times: Bondi Junction Tue, Thu & Fri 7.30am, Tue 12.30pm and at Newtown Sat 4pm.
