Yoga for young children

Young children are naturally curious, active, fun-loving and wise so these classes for young children are designed to be dynamic and fun. The children are engaged in the yoga of movement, breath and voice. Children are encouraged to be expressive.

These classes are offered for the duration of the school term and must be booked and paid for in advance. The minimum class size is six and the maximum is 12. If minimum numbers are not booked in by two days before the start of the term, you will be notified and a refund or other arrangement will be offered.

Our teachers of yoga for children and young people have completed specialised training in teaching yoga to children. Yoga Spirit Studios has Child Safe Environments Policies and Procedures to ensure the safety of children who visit us. Any concerns should be discussed with the studio Director.

10 week term - $120 or $108 early bird*
