Infant Massage
Learn to massage your infant
with Cherith Frisby-Smith
Massage is a lovely time for parents to bond with their baby. It helps babies to settle, relax and to sleep better.
Bring your baby, or if baby has not yet arrived, massage dolls will be provided.
Class is one hour duration.
Oils and massage dolls are provided (Your baby is welcome).
Products available for sale on the day will include oils, book and DVD to help you put what you learn into practice.
Please bring change mat and towel.
BOOK EARLY
Class sizes are strictly limited to 10 to 12 participants, so book early. Please definitely book by 10 May at latest. A minimum number of 6 is required, if this is not achieved by 10 May, we will contact you and fully refund your money. In case interest is strong a wait list will be maintained and an extra class straight after will be added.

About Cherith
Cherith is a registered nurse who specialises in Child Health. She provides a range of services to parents to assist them in any difficulties they have in settling into parenthood with their baby, including infant massage. She is a fully qualified Infant Massage practitioner and trainer with Infant Massage Information Service (IMIS).
