A four week journey into restoration. Become centred, grounded, calm and inspired.
Unwind and give yourself the ultimate luxury of time to be with yourself. Over the course of the 8 wks we will focus on aligning ourselves with the breath through breath awareness and pranayama practices, finding stillness with long blissfully opening asanas, opening our minds and growing our understanding of how yoga can be applied in our daily lives, opening our hearts to growing our compassion for ourselves and therefore others and opening our voices and ears to the sacred sound of mantra. We will also explore the deep relaxation practice of Yoga Nidra. Lastly we will build towards a solid mediation practice.
