Description
This class is designed to allow your teen child to grow in a confident, happy young being with all the tools of overcoming stress and anxiety in this fast, competitive modern world.
We offer breathing techniques to help your child melt away stress before exams and the confronting issues around them. We build up a strong healthy body to find the confidence in the way they carry themselves. We teach them to find space so they have the ability to open themselves up into quite time.
This class will benefit a child who needs the balance in both sport like surfing as well as life on the outside to find that healthy medium.
Yoga Sivana prides itself on the community as a whole and we welcome your child with open arms of support, compassion and nurture.
