Calling all Yoga Mummas!
New Postnatal Yoga (w/ Bubs optional) 5 week Course Enrolling!
We invite our Mums & Bubs into the Yoga Sivana studio for beautifully
grounding yoga classes centred around nurturing, rebuilding strength after
birth and giving back to ourselves as mothers.
This class is ideal for mothers with young bubs up to 8 mths old, who are
welcome into the yoga room with mum. (Note: Suitable from 4 weeks post
birth if natural birth, or 6 weeks post c-section.)
THIS Course: Starts 17 Oct (5 weeks)
