The monthly beginners workshop is designed for those of you newer to yoga or anyone looking to reconnect with the foundations of the practice. Throughout these classes we will focus on a series of foundational postures. We will also explore other components of the practice including breathing techniques, alignment, flow and relaxation. Working at a slower pace overall, each monthly class will spotlight different poses and techniques to help you increase your confidence and comfort with your own yoga practice.
