A beautiful 6 week course, designed to assist you in developing a regular meditation practice and teach you to be more mindful, aware and conscious within your everyday life. Meditation is a perfect way to de-stress after a long day, reduce mental tension, calm anxiety and promote health and wellbeing.
Over the six weeks, classes are designed to gradually ease you into meditation techniques and practices, giving you the opportunity to learn and share your experiences within a supportive group environment. Whether you are new to meditation or have resolved to set aside some dedicated time for your practice this year, these classes will leave you feeling calm, centred and ready for a blissful night's sleep.
