Our 5 Week Prenatal Yoga course is designed specially to address the health and wellbeing of mother and baby that occur during this journey from pregnancy to motherhood.
Led by Jessica Jordan, teacher at Yoga Sita, pregnant yoga teacher and prenatal qualified, you'll explore and learn safe yoga postures, designed to help the body manage pregnancy aches and pains and optimise your body for birth and beyond.
Jess will leave you feeling strong, flexible, capable, as well as show you techniques to help maintain a positive mindset during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Each week we address a different part of the pregnancy journey and many woman find that the physical aspect helps with back and hip pain, fatigue, fluid retention, legs camps, insomnia etc. As well as preparing the body for birth through developing strength, greater body awareness and flexibility.
Included in the course is weekly notes, weekly take home information and tasks.
Suitable for total beginners and practicing yogis and woman after 12 weeks of pregnancy (please contact us if you are before 12 weeks to discuss). All equipment provided.
