6 week courses for beginners
Yoga Plus is committed to providing the best quality Yoga education and with this committment we are excited to announce that all our casual Beginner classes are now replaced with the structured and specialised 6 week course.
This course will be a prerequisite for anyone new to Yoga wishing to enrol at General level classes at the studio. Students who already practice Yoga are also encouraged to complete the course to refresh and renew their knowledge.
Please note you must be enrolled in the course to attend. Courses will be offered throughout the year. Class size will be limited to allow us to give you personalised attention and to build a sense of community as you embark on the journey with the same group of students.
FOUNDATIONS COURSE:
Week 1: Introduction to Vinyasa Flow & Finding your feet
Week 2: Standing postures & Pelvic / Spinal alignment
Week 3: Strengthening and preparing your upper body
Week 4: Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations)
Week 5: Back bends, Seated poses, Introduction to inversions
Week 6: Putting it all together - Vinyasa Flow Class
