THE HIP OPENING and DEEP RELEASE WORKSHOP

with Sally Meredith

"In for the Long Hold - A super supported 'Yin' Based Practice"

Are you feeling the effects of the ever-changing Melbournian weather on your joints, muscles and energy levels?

Are you looking for a practice to feed and nourish yourself?

Perhaps you are a cyclist, runner, athlete, super parent, or spend a lot of time at the desk, with tight hamstrings, back, hips and sore glutes?? Then this is for you!

Join Sally Meredith, in this workshop focused on stretching the deep fascia and joint capsules of the lower body, releasing tension from the entire body.

Over the two hours you will move through a series of poses designed to lengthen and open the hamstrings, the spine and the hip area. Longer holds in these poses will give you an opportunity for deeper openings.

The workshop will draw from both 'yin' and restorative principles, offering a practice that is nurturing, soothing and will suit everyone from the 'stiffest' of athletes, beginners through to the most experienced Yogi.

Even if you are simply wanting to improve your flexibility in various areas of the body, this workshop is for you.
