Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Plus, founded by Andi Kiprillis (RYPT), is home to Melbourne's most successful Prenatal Yoga school and is now offering an exciting opportunity to further your teaching education with the introduction of Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training (30 hours, Level 1).

This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and to inspire you with the confidence necessary to safely lead dedicated prenatal yoga classes as well as being able to manage and look after pregnant women in a general class setting.

Under the expert guidance of Andi, the topics covered include:

- The anatomy and physiology of the three trimesters

- The psychological impact of pregnancy and birth

- The stages of labour

- Active Birth technique

- Common ailments experienced by pregnant women as well as the impact on a woman's yoga practice (including but not limited to Diastasis Rectii, Symphsis Pubic Disorder, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction etc)

- Teaching methodology of class planning, the use of props and adjusting

APRIL COURSE 

Friday 15th April 1.30pm - 8pm

Saturday 22nd April 1pm - 8.30pm

INVESTMENT:

$895.  A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your spot. The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before course commences.

YP Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Handbook that you can use as a reference tool in your teaching

Opportunity to observe/assist in two prenatal yoga classes at Yoga Plus 

Certificate of completion

ELIGIBILITY:

This course is open to already qualified yoga teachers, with a minimum of 200 hours prior training.

LIMITED PLACES:
