Named Mind Meditation
Stress is a natural part of life but too much of it can make us sick. Meditation is an ancient tool to get to know the deeper mind, reducing tension and helping us stay well.
Naked Mind Meditation provides a step by step guide through the basics of meditation method and explores how emotions, thoughts and relaxation are an integral part of our meditation experience. In the final week we teach techniques for meditating off the cushion so you can take a deeper mind into daily life.
Suitable for everyone, the Naked Mind Meditation course is taught by Jules and Lesley, long- time meditators with lots of tips to get you started.
