India 2015: Heritage and Wellness

Upon your arrival at Ananda their Ayurveda & Wellness Consultants will assess your individual needs during a personal consultation. Your unique wellness program is customised to suit your specific body type in order to effectively achieve your desired goal.

The retreat is part of a 15-day Indian heritage and wellness package, which kicks off by exploring the famous Golden Triangle. Wonder at centuries-old temples and forts, see exquisite traditional crafts and be dazzled by a Bollywood stage show!

Quick FAQ

Q: When is the tour?

A: We will depart on 7 October 2015, so plenty of time to get ready!

Q: What’s the weather like in India that time of year?

A: Beautiful! You can expect around 30 degrees and warm nights of around 19 degrees.

Q: Can non-members of Yoga Plus join the tour?

A: Yes, the more the merrier! Partners, friends and family members are all welcome. You don’t need any previous yoga experience or be attending our studio for regular classes (although we would love to see you!).

Q: Is there an age limit?

Ananda Spa does not cater for children under the age of 14 but we can organise alternative plans for any travelling partners and children whilst the retreat is running.

Q: What sort of travel documents are required?

A: You will need a passport and an Indian Tourist Visa which is usually issued for 6 months with multiple entries. It is your responsibility to obtain these documents however we will be able to point you in the right direction.

Q: How will we travel within India?

A: We will have a private luxury coach just for Yoga Plus. So we can sit back, relax and fill our travel diaries with details of all our sightseeing adventures and retreat memories.

Q: Who is organising the tour?

A: Yoga Plus is organising the tour through Viktorianz, a boutique travel agency that have tailored our tour to include both guided heritage sightseeing and the yoga retreat over a 15 day period.
