Perfect for beginner meditators, our Full Mind Meditation Workshop explores the basic philosophy and practice of mindfulness. We look at the differences between meditation and mindfulness, guide you through a number of seated practices and talk about the benefits of learning to sit still.
We teach our students how to use the mind, body and breath to cultivate mindfulness. You won’t need a fancy cushion, a retreat setting or special meditation powers to practice! Mindfulness is a skill that can be learned by everyone and practiced anywhere, anytime.
Taught by friendly, long-time meditators Jules and Lesley, the Full Mind Meditation workshop is open to all.
