What to expect:
1. Creative core - Focusing attention on legs and core.
2. Intuitive Flow - Awareness of movement with mind, body and breath.
3. Support - Deep activation through bandhas (energy locks) to support alignment and correct unnecessary usage of the lumbar.
4. Advance - Further progression to understanding the dynamics around posture entry and exit.
5. Breath - Detailed journey into breath and the reasons why it is the core of the practice.
6. Laughter - Don't worry the class won't be hard CORE. We welcome laughter and child like innocence!
