21 hours of face to face inspiration and the FUNdamentals of Kids Yoga +
9 hours of at home study and creativity with guidance and support to begin to develop your own programs with confidence.
Total of 30 hours and 30 Continuing Education points with Yoga Alliance.

· The 8 Limbs of Yoga for kids
· Developmental Stages of Childhood – physical, emotional, social and mental
· Safety aspects using functional anatomy and developmental stages of childhood.
· How to teach yoga to kids of all ages.
