Description

With the most part of 2016 behind us, 2017 will be on the doorstep before we know it! How has the last calendar cycle been for you? Perhaps a great one (lucky you) - let's build on that! Or if you are in a not so great cycle ... time to look to the future for strength and stability.

Pam’s wish is that as you twist, move and stretch your way through the week of yoga that you will leave with a new sense of strength and balance.  It will help see you through whatever life may present. We can’t always change the situation that we find ourselves in but we can change our reaction to the situation. The gift of an established yoga and easy to learn meditation practice is the key to leading a healthy existence within the complexities of life.

Pam lays out what she hopes to offer in her January retreat:

With the most part of 2016 behind us, 2017 will be on  the doorstep before we know it!

How has the last calendar cycle been for you? Perhaps a great one (lucky you) – let’s build on that!  Or if you are in a not so great cycle … time to look to the future for strength and stability.

Yoga can be that pathway to a positive attitude and sense of balance. Having had one of the most challenging 12 months of my life, I can relate to feelings and attitudes that bubble up when in the midst of adversity.

However, precious yoga has been my savior. Like a dear friend that has supported me through breast cancer treatment and recovery and then again with  the passing of my darling dad…

I can honestly say I would not have made it through without my beloved yoga practice. There in the good times….and the not so good!

Join the Daku family for a week of heartfelt yoga lead by myself in the serene unspoilt surrounds of Savusavu.

My passion is teaching. It means everything to me and I’d love to share with you the gifts that have been given to me. It is what I am meant to do and I love that I can share this precious gift with my students.

My retreat will help you build an easy-to-follow  practice which you can take home and integrate into your life in 2017.

So don’t hesitate a moment longer, give yourself something that will last a lifetime!
