We start with a Yoga Nidra - Guided Deep Relaxation, following on with physical postures called Asanas, breathing technique - Pranayam and finally Meditation.

4.15 - 5.30 pm - Asanas (physical exercises)

5.30 - 6.00 pm - Break for chai and snacks
6.00 - 6.30 pm - Video Lecture about yoga from Vishwaguruji,
