Our physical body is the vehicle that we use on our journey through this life. As with other vehicles it has requirements to enable it to run smoothly and efficiently for optimum milage. Yoga offers us a practical understanding of the body and gives us the tools to maintain it so we can focus on realising our full potential.
We aim to keep these sessions relevant and real, giving you whats needed for your own wellbeing. Offering you insights into proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet & positive thinking & meditation. Sessions will have their roots in living a yogic lifestyle, therefore the recipes will all be yogic vegetarian fare, mostly VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE.
Presented by experienced Yoga in Daily Life instructors, Rasha Tayeh Nutritionist (RPHNutr. MPH) & creative vegetarian cook Amelia Attrill.
