Mondays Level 1 - 3 Class - 6 - 7.20pm an open class to which Beginners are welcome.
Mondays Level 3 - 5 class - 7.30 - 9pm for people with yoga experience who wish to develop further

All classes includes classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, and the mind.
The classes also incorporates relaxation, pranayam (breathing exercises) and meditation. The meditation practices are based on Self Enquiry Meditation techniques including mantra, breath work, visualization, concentration, self reflection and self enquiry.
