Description
Level 1 - 3 Class Mondays 6 - 7.20pm Term 4 starts Monday 5 October. This class is suitable for beginners and those who have some yoga experience.
Level 3 - 5 Class Mondays 7.30 - 9pm Term 4 starts Monday 5 October. These classes are suitable those who have yoga experience and wish to progress.
Reduce stress & anxiety; increase strength & flexibility; improve concentration, digestion, health & vitality. Classes include physical exercises to stretch & strengthen the body, relaxation, breathing practices & meditation.
