Monday Night class starts 2 May 7 - 8.30pm for 8 weeks $120 / $96 concession (no class 13 June Queens Birthday) This class is suitable for beginners and those who have some basic yoga experience. If you are a more experienced yoga practitioner then the Thursday night class might suit you better.
Thursday night class starts 5 May 7 - 8.30pm for 9 weeks $135 / $108 concession. This class is intermediate level suitable for those who have yoga experience. If you are a beginner or prefer a gentle practice then Monday night class or Saturday morning class will suit you better.
NEW!! Saturday morning class starts 7 May for 7 weeks $105 / $84 concession. A gentle open level class for all - to which Beginners & Pregnant Ladies are also welcome! If you are a more experienced yoga practitioner then the Thursday night class might suit you better.
All classes includes classical asanas (physical exercises) both passive and dynamic that will build strength and increase flexibility in the body; you will be guided to practice safely and begin to experience their deeper benefits on the nervous system, internal organs and glands, and the mind.
The classes also incorporates relaxation, pranayam (breathing exercises) and meditation. The meditation practices are based on Self Enquiry Meditation techniques including mantra, breath work, visualization, concentration, self reflection and self enquiry.
Classes run in term blocks (generally in line with school terms), and bookings are for the whole term. Bookings Essential.
