Level IV Class of the Yoga in Daily Life System
A great opportunity for anyone with prior Yoga experience to extend and deepen their practise.
In level IV even more attention is given to slow and concentrated practise of the excercise. Remaining progressively longer in an Asana the influence of the posture on body and mind is experienced even more deeply.
Practise of Pranayam with breath retention (if suitable) and various meditation techniques (eg Tratak) are also introduced.
Regular practise is recommended for best results, however anyone is welcome to join at any time (prior experience requested).
