For anyone that has attended regular Yoga classes or has done our Level I (Beginners) or Level II class or anyone with some Yoga experience is welcome to join.

This class is a wonderful way to continue your journey and learn more about Yoga while gaining health and flexibility at the same time.
Level III of the Yoga in Daily Life system continues the journey on the path of Yoga with even more attention to the precise movement of all exercises and to maintain concentration throughout the practise of each exercise.
The Yoga Practise will bring good health and awaken dormant powers within the body (chakras).
In the Bhagvad Gita it says: "One who through Yoga controls the body and has learned to master the feelings, senses and mind, sheds the chains of desire, fear and confusion and attains peace and supreme bliss."
We strongly recommend regular attendance however casual visits are possible.
