The pure sound vibrations have a balancing effect upon the entire body. They help to relax and restore balance, combined with gentle Yoga exercises and great techniques a deep inner release of tension can be experienced.
The effects are both physical and mental. Simply taking time out to relax is beneficial for body, mind and soul.

This afternoon session, followed by tea will be a blissful time in the Ashram
