BEGINNERS - Level 1- 12 week COURSE   starts Friday 19 August, 10 - 11.30am  Increase your strength & flexibility, tone your body, relax your mind, cultivate inner peace and balance.

This is the perfect way to lay a good foundation for your yoga experience.

The course offers an introduction to a variety of basic yoga techniques and an understanding of the many benefits that regular yoga practice can to body and mind.
This course can be successfully followed up by attending the casual Yoga classes or the Level 2 course so you may continue to learn and receive the benefits of your Yoga practice.


If you are completely new to Yoga or you just want to make sure that you have got the right foundations then this is the course for you!

 You will learn:

o         easy yoga exercises to stretch & strengthen your body
o         deep relaxation for both your body and mind
o         breathing techniques to fortify and balance your nervous system
o         basic meditation for peace of mind

o         create a solid base for the more advanced exercises

This first level of the system "Yoga in Daily Life' are of benefit to all people and all parts of the body. Level 1 helps us to attain integral wellbeing, as they bring body, mind and soul into balance. Anyone from any age group, regardless of physical condition, can perform these exercises.
