The studio itself, with surrounding gardens and mango trees, offers a spacious practicing environment, gentle, caring instruction and qualified teachers from the International Yoga in Daily Life Organisation.
We are an authentic yoga school, teaching Yoga in Daily Life - The System, which has progressive 8 levels. All our classes include asanas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques) and relaxation. We also offer regular full moon meditations and meditation courses for beginners, about self-inquiry and chakras.
Yoga in Daily Life Australia Ltd. is a not-for-profit charity and non-government organisation (NGO) in roster Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council and Department of Public Relations of the United Nations.
All our teachers are Yoga in Daily Life trained in Australia/Europe and/or India.
