We offer several different courses from Beginners to Chakra Meditation and Philosophy.  Join a Re-treat day or any workshop, you will gain the knowledge & wisdom and start seeing the benefits of Yoga's holistic approach to wellness.

Yoga in Daily Life is designed in such a way that the body is gradually and systematically prepared, leading from simple preparatory exercises towards the more advanced. Periods of relaxation, breathing and meditation are also included in each Yoga class. This style of yoga is authentic, holistic, safe and practiced by millions of people across the globe.

Yoga can be practiced by everyone regardless of age, level of fitness or health.

YOGA IN DAILY LIFE IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT COMMUNITY BASED ORGANISATION. We are dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga & meditation with you!

Yoga in Daily Life - Harmony for Body, Mind & Soul.

Physical health - working to bring a natural state of physical balance to the body via release of muscular pain and tension, increased flexibility, relaxation, regeneration of inner organ function, improved circulation, development of the lungs and breathing processes and increased overall fitness.

Mental Health -learning to let Go of pre-conditioned thought process, releasing old pattern & fostering the development of a peaceful, relaxed and concentrated mind, free from high levels of stress associated with the modern world's daily activities.

Social Health – promoting an increased awareness of the needs of others and the needs of the environment. To create greater social harmony through a more responsible and caring society.

Spiritual Health – helping to develop a sense of purpose in every individual, to facilitate the realisation of an individual’s natural strengths and to awaken spiritual consciousness.

These aspects of health are achieved through the practise of Yoga Asanas, Relaxation, Pranayam, Meditation, and the traditional paths of yoga such as Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yoga, Mantra Yoga & Kriya Yoga, all of which are included in the Yoga in Daily Life System and can be found at a certified Yoga in Daily Life Centre.
