Description
Join us as Mala Yoga teacher Cindy Toghill guides us through a journey of Mantra and Chanting. The class starts with a simple Mantra and builds to a longer Chant. Each workshop has a special focus, with Cindy providing full explanation of the bija or seed mantra, its use and benefits. The workshop is for students of any level, those new to chanting and those with some experience.
