Learn age appropriate ideas for kids yoga classes.
This workshop is all about having FUN!! This is the most effective way to engage children and to get in touch with your inner child ! :)
3 -4 age group, learn some songs/games/asanas specific to this age group
5 – 6 age group learn techniques/games/asanas
7 – 12 learn some vinyasa flowing sequences with rhymes
Pranayama , Relaxation/Visualisation/Savasana

About Treacy Meyer
Treacy has been practising yoga for 15 years. She studied Yogic Science at Flow Yoga under the mentorship of Alex Armstrong and has trained through Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Treacy, along with Rebecca Foster created Yogijunior (unique yoga classes for kids). A Mother of two children, Treacy is very passionate about the health and well being of children and looks forward to sharing her ideas with you
