Wowzers! The mornings are getting fresh so let's get up and get warm with yoga!!
Classes will cater for whoever comes so all levels are welcome.
Classes will only run on sufficient number of bookings only, so please don't just rock up, let me know the night before (at least) you will be coming and I'll let you know if the class is a goer.
Classes this Wed June 13 and Fri June 15 at 6.15am - 7.15am, and other mornings on request
