Come and join Jo Camponovo from Yoga Grooves as she brings yoga to Cockburn at Miss Nats Dance School. (9/9 Parkes St Cockburn Sound)

Mondays 9.30am - 10.30am mums n bubs
10.45am -11.45am core vinyasa (all levels)
