Description
Graeme has been a dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for over 28 years and continues with passion and enthusiasm. He maintains an insightful and investigative approach to practice and teaching and is always excited to share his depth of experience and knowledge with others.
Every day our yoga practice offers us the opportunity of remembering who we really are. Cultivating awareness, on and off the mat, of the intimate relationship we have with Mother Earth, Father Sky and all Creation. Being in our Heart, our True Nature- Yoga.
In this 6-day workshop Graeme will present a combination of led and self-practice classes. The Sunday afternoon class will focus on time to explore the connection between bandha control and breathing into the heart.
Sunday 3 to Friday 8 February
Sunday 8.45-11am & 12-2pm
Monday to Friday 5.30-7.30am
You can either participate in the full workshop, Monday to Friday only or the Sunday class only.
