Description
Marc Potter will teach a workshop on the "ABC's", arm balances and core strength.
A short arm balance sequence will be taught that people will be able to practice at home. The focus will be on transitions, arm balances and execution of these using the core.
Variations will be given for the beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioner. Some yoga experience is required for this workshop.
