Schedule / Itinerary
FRIDAY
Arrive at the luxurious Manor house of Authenticity Spa Resort from 2pm on Friday, have the afternoon to sit by the fire, read on your bed, or walk the expansive grounds, maybe even soak in the spa or enjoy your relaxation massage
We will meet each other and set our intention for the weekend retreat during our opening circle at 6pm, followed by a nurturing yoga practice. Having worked up an appetite, enjoy a delicious dinner before getting a good nights sleep
SATURDAY
Wake up to an energising yoga practice followed by a healthy - and yummy breakfast. Some time to relax before the daily workshop which has you ready for lunch by the fire..ahhh some more time to yourself - perhaps you'll haveyour massage and take a nap. Ready to get back on your mat for some restorative practice and a yoga nidra. Did someone say "dinner's ready"?
SUNDAY
Sunrise yoga and breakfast - starting to feel fabulous! A partner yoga and Thai Yoga Massage workshop is followed by lunch in the sunroom. Our closing circle at 1pm is always a special time
