More Flying Fun - Acrobatic & Partner yoga

In a safe and nurturing environment, we cultivate trust, confidence, loving kindness and playfulness through asana, strength conditioning, partner stretching, counterbalances, inversions & Thai massage elements.

Fitness and flexibility beyond beginner level is required i.e. ability to hold a properly aligned plank (top of a push-up) for at least 30 seconds without discomfort. Bringing a partner is unnecessary but welcome; there are plenty of us to play with!

The 2 hour workshop runs from 12:15 -2:15 PM on Saturday 2nd November. Just $20
