Irene "Izzy" Ais is a yogi and fearless awareness warrior. She has been fascinated with movement all her life. Her love of sport and science led her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. She complements her therapy in Melbourne as a certified Pilates instructor, Yoga teacher and AcroYoga teacher. Her understanding of the human body and her extensive study in movement brings a teaching style focusing on alignment and finding joy in movement, which sets her students up for success.

She has taught AcroYoga throughout Australia, Europe (including at Ozora festival) and America. Come turn your world upside down with her and experience the joy of flight!

Josh is an eternal student. Always looking to to see what he can learn and discover through Yoga. Having been an actor Josh feels that through breath and communication great things can be achieved. Having done his initial Yoga foundational work in California he has come back to Melbourne wanting to share the beautiful things he learnt. 

Josh has taught a hand full of workshops here, interstate and at different festivals all over Australia. Never taking life too seriously and always working on his handstand, Josh is here to play, have fun and remember that life is too short not to try anything at least once :)
