Description
We’ll start the session covering the basics of practising yoga safely while pregnant and how you can expect your practice to change and evolve as your pregnancy progresses.
Then we’ll do a gentle yoga flow using those safe adjustments, to warm up and strengthen our bodies, followed by a blissful restorative/stretching yoga session aimed to slow you down, go inside, and nourish your soul, your body and your growing bubba.
We know that slowing down is really hard, especially when you are pregnant, so this combination of movement and stretching will leave you feeling amazing!
The class will focus on teaching you techniques that you can replicate at home as well as giving you a huge dose of movement, stretching and nourishment right there.
Essential for every mumma to be.
You’ll also meet a group of like minded mums-to-be and for those who would like to join afterwards for a coffee, we’ll have a table booked up the road at Elixir.
