Jane Kagan’s restorative yoga workshops create a caring, supportive environment for deep rest, relaxation and healing. This workshop will help you gently open your body, bring awareness to the breath, connect mind and body and experience deep relaxation.
Making generous use of props to support the body, restorative yoga is especially effective for everyone who is busy, stressed, anxious, overwhelmed – or just in need of some ‘me time’. Poses are tailored for each body and any injuries.
