Meditation is a tool for re-connection with self. It is like a full stop that we can implement in our day to bring ourselves back to a point where we can be present in our bodies and focused in our minds. The idea is then to be able to take this connection with us into our daily lives.
Our meditation classes are open to all levels. The format for the class can be done seated or lying down, ensuring that you are comfortable.
