The Foundations In Yoga course is especially designed for students newer to Yoga and people wanting to get a refresher on the fundamentals.
This course will provide everything you need to begin an authentic yoga practice, including the anatomical alignment, appropriate breathing and philosophical approach.
Liz combines her expertise in physiotherapy and yoga to support beginners into a safe and beneficial practice for body and mind.
