During the course you will learn specific yoga poses that will help you ride the hormonal roller coaster of menopause. Yoga has been proven to ease menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, depression, and mood swings. The poses you learn will become valuable tools to help ease your journey through menopause.
Expect to sleep better (yay!!!), feel calmer, more relaxed, happier and more in control.
This is a 10-week course and there will be one class each Monday evening, 6:00 - 7:30 pm starting Monday 4th February, anding Monday 8th April.
