Our four week beginners course covers the fundamentals of yoga. Unlike general beginners classes, this course will provide an overview of basic yoga concepts, deconstruct and analyse foundation yoga postures and give you the skills to become comfortable in a regular led yoga class.
This course is suitable for men and women of all ages who would like to break through the nerves of joining a yoga practice for the first time, give you the opportunity to create new friends and share in a cup of tea.
The beginners course costs $100 and includes 4 beginners 75 minute classes, a 10 day unlimited class pass which will be activated at the conclusion of the course. You will also be able to enjoy a range of complementary herbal teas and other light refreshments.
